Over $4 Million in grant awards for nonprofit organizations have been earned with Shannon’s technical and persuasive writing skills.  These awards strengthened the lives of children, parents, and families, as well as career advancement opportunities for individuals with disabilities.

• providing exceptional customer service to 1000s of clients as a consultant, employee, facilitator, and volunteer.

• directly assisting 100s of students in their educational pursuits as a tutor, mentor, coach, facilitator, and program manager.
